(54) DRIVE CHAIN DRIVE one FIELD OF THE INVENTION The invention relates to agricultural machinery industry and can be used in combine harvesters. Known drive threshing drum containing a V-belt variator, a planetary gear and a drive pulley 1. A disadvantage of the known device is the large size of the drive. The purpose of the invention is to ensure the compactness of the drive. This goal is achieved in that the drive is equipped with a disc placed between the wall of the threshing drum and a pulley, and the planetary gear is placed in the cavity of the pulley body, while to ensure high-speed operation of the threshing drum, the disk is connected to the pulley, and to ensure low-speed operation of the threshing drum, the disk connected to its wall. FIG. 1 shows a diagram of the drive of the threshing drum side view; in fig. 2 - the same, but in more detail; in fig. 3 - the same, top view; in fig. 4 - planetary gear, section. The drive shaft 1 of the motor 2 of the thresher 3 is connected by means of a V-belt 4 to the intermediate shaft 5. On the opposite side with respect to the intermediate shaft 5 there is an adjustable 5 using a hydraulic system pulley 6, infinitely adjustable V-belt transmission. The pulley 7 of this gear is located outside the range of the drive wheel 8 on the shaft 9. On the shaft 9 is located Q is also the pulley 10 of the V-belt transmission, which by means of the belt 11 drives the planetary gear 13 located on the shaft 12 of the threshing drum. On the shaft 12 is mounted cylindrical 15 wheel 14, which with the help of a disk 15 and a screw 16 can be connected to the wall 17 of the threshing drum, on which hubs 18 are placed. The wall 17 of the threshing drum is connected to wall 19, using screws 20, the wall 17 of the threshing drum is in the form bowl, concave inside the threshing drum, and the V-belt transmission is located near the end of the 21 th hammer drum. V-belt pulley. mounted on the shaft 12, is made of two parts 22 and 23. It houses the shaft 24, on which the wheel 25 is mounted and meshes with the sun wheel 26 placed on the hub of the cylindrical wheel 14. On the shaft 24 also mounted wheel 27 connected to the sun wheel 28, which is connected to the thresher shaft 12 by means of a spline joint 30 via a hollow shaft 29. The disk 15 has threaded bushes 31 mounted. The shaft 24 is balanced with the help of part 32. The drive on the shaft 33 and 34 is carried out using a V-belt drive 35. Drive threshing drum works as follows. From the shaft 1 of the motor 2, the rotation is transmitted to the intermediate shaft 5, from which the rotation is transmitted by means of a V-belt transmission to the pulley of the V-belt variator and the planetary gear placed in it. In the event that the planetary gear 13 operates as a gearbox, the disk 15 is rigidly connected to the wall of the threshing drum 17 by means of a screw 16, and the torque from the planetary shaft 24 is transmitted to the wheel 25. The wheel 25 is forced to rotate on the sun wheel 26 With the aid of the wheel 27 on the shaft 24, the sun wheel 28 is driven, and through the hollow shaft 29 also the shaft 12 of the threshing drum is rotated. In order to provide a high-speed mode, the variator pulley, consisting of parts 22 and 23, is connected to a disk-shaped disk 15. This connection is made using a screw 16 and a sleeve 31. The planetary gear operates in this case as a normal V-belt drive. The application of the proposed drive will ensure the compactness of the device and ease of switching from one mode to another.

Claims (3) [1] 1. A threshing drum drive comprising a V-belt variator, a planetary gear and a drive pinch, characterized in that, in order to ensure a compact drive, it is provided with a disc placed between the wall of the threshing roll and a pulley, and the planetary gear is placed in the cavity of the pulley body.
